WEEKEND WONDERS

Ok, so I know it is Tuesday already, and this is indeed a post about the weekend but at the moment they couldn't come fast enough! After a productive-ish week of stress and worries about 'where will I be in 4 months time?' a beautiful weekend was just what the doctor ordered. And I know technically Monday isn't the weekend but assisting in London to the brilliant David Yeo  gave another little creative release!

Last year when I was a mere sapling in my second year photography degree I  got the chance to work with the brilliant Georgi Wyatt. An amazing stylist with a fashion forward eye and brilliant ideas.

The fantasy of it all,  what do you love…

In spite of not having a valentine this year, it turns out I actually have many… in the form of friends and family, and fashion!

To celebrate this most dark and ominous of ‘fake’ holidays I will be celebrating by dressing like a girly girl and loving everything I can see that is lovely around me!

For all loved up and ALL who are not it is a day to love something, so if that’s not a boy who cares.

We can LOVE LOTS OF OTHER THINGS!!

ASSISTING

Monday 6th Feb, Travelling to London at 5am was the start of a busy and exciting day of assisting the brilliant David Yeo at Hasselblad studios. After months of planning and changing things around I finally managed to wing my way all the way up to the big smoke to brave my first assisting job with David for a new fashion label, Lashes of London! How grown up I feel, and yes this could be seen as a small first step onto the ladder of employment...but for me, it's big and exciting! Just like London!

So from me to you...some of my day in polaroids and digital snaps in the form of 'fake' look a likes! ENJOY!!

The first post of the year and it is the 20th of Jan...that is a terrible start! However to make up for my shameful blogging I am treating you to the first outcome of my work from uni. Hopefully you enjoy it...

NEGLECTED

So I have of course, again been distracted with uni and work and... well life. This meaning that I have neglected my lovely blog. One of my MANY new years resolutions is to be better, not just at blogging, at many things but mainly this!

So to start of this new era of blogging I am going to share some very new, very rough work. Self portraiture galore!
